Job Overview:
Locally Owned Draft Beer Systems Company, seeking a full-time Service Technician to work as part of a team in providing service to our customers within the Greater Columbus, OH, area. Ideal candidate would reside within the service area, have basic mechanical skills, early riser, ability to work independently, customer service oriented.
Flexible work hours; Monday - Friday, Tuesday - Saturday, whatever fits your current lifestyle.
Flexible hours also; start as early as 5:00am or start at 6:00am. We are a company that promotes employee working flexibility.
Overtime and Weekend On-Call service available if desired.

Draft Beer Service Technician
Area of Work:
Greater Columbus, OH Area
Principle Responsibilities:
The Draft Beer Service Technician's primary role is to deliver The Draft Guy's service offerings with exceptional aptitude for delivering great customer service.
The following Draft Beer Service Technician activities include but are not limited to;
Draft beer system maintenance and cleaning with company's processes and checklists.
Inform and Educate customer regarding preventative measurers.
Accountable for effectively managing a daily route and time schedule.
Assist with draft beer system installations.
Troubleshoot system errors correctly and efficiently.
Execute customer service calls.
Properly handle and maintain company provided equipment.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Effective communication skills to convey important information to supervisor and clients.
Work independently and in a team environment with ability to Add, Subtract; using whole numbers and decimals, Read, count and write to accurately complete all required job specific documentation.
Essential Physical Requirements:
Operate and use all equipment necessary while possessing the ability to bend and stoop frequently and handling equipment and materials weighing 0-95lbs.
