Used Car Dealership in Columbus looking for the perfect candidate to run our sales floor. F&I experience and Sales Management experience is required. Must work as a team member and be a positive influence on others Excellent oral and written communication skills a must.
Skills/Qualifications:
Qualified applicants must have:
- At least 2 years experience in the Sub Prime market, from dealing with customers to maintaining relationships with lenders.
- Strong closing ability with customer satisfaction in mind.
- Seek new lending institutions and maintain good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
- Networking & telephone skills, as well as computer proficiency in the use of automated sales tools, are mandatory
Responsibilities
Manage sales consultants
Assign, manage, and track all sales leads
Consistently increase monthly sale volumes
Create a positive and energetic atmosphere
Maintain sales logs
Prepare paperwork and financing applications
Close sales and meet monthly financial targets
Manage sales consultants in the follow-up with customers after the sale
Maintain automotive product knowledge
Develop & maintain professional sales skills
Pencil Deals
F&I Manager responsible for obtaining potential customers financing through various bank sources
Print and disclose paperwork at time of sale
Promote and sale back end products
Consistently increase monthly back end profits
