Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Assists PM with property operations within the financial guidelines (The Budget)

Assists PM in ensuring adherence to all Monarch policies and procedures by the property team

Ensure desired tenant renewals are being captured at the highest rate possible

Responsible for building and maintaining a resident relations program

Generates renewal and other reporting to Property Manager

Ensures property is leased at or above market occupancy and rent levels based on owners

guidelines by showing and leasing apartments when leasing agent is unavailable

Works with but not directly supervises the leasing agent to ensure best leasing practices

Assists the PM with various reports and actions to enhance the community

Orders and maintains inventory of all administrative supplies and equipment

Requirements:

· Valid unrestricted Drivers license

· High school diploma or equivalent

· 1+ years' experience in multifamily housing

· Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry

software, YARDI preferred

· Have excellent verbal and written communicationClick here to apply
