Handyman

Looking for part-time handyman to preform minor and major repairs at a small 16 unit apartment building. Skills need to include drywall repair, minor plumbing repairs, installing new faucets, toilets and disposals, installing ceiling fans, moving fridges and ovens, wall and floor tile work, general painting. Must be organized, have your own tools, keep the job site clean and attention to detail.
