Experienced Framer needed for ground-floor opportunity with new company. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years commercial carpentry experience performing both wood and metal framing, be able to perform work in high places using lifts, ladders, and scaffolding, have the ability to complete indoor and outdoor projects, to accurately measure and cut lumber or other materials from prints, construction plans and customer specifications, the ability to layout, assemble and erect structural framework including walls, floors, ceilings, roofs and stairways , to ensure framing is level, plumb, and square and to make adjustments, changes or recommendations on the fly, the ability to perform all work in compliance with established building codes and safety guidelines, the ability to collaborate with other trade disciplines to ensure the timely completion of building projects, and the ability to manage and execute jobs from start to finish with minimal 3rd-party input. Supervisory experience with the ability to manage multiple jobs and crews simultaneously is a plus.
