Exterior Painter/ Experienced or will train!

Painting company in business for the last 33 years is searching for an experienced painter of at least 3 yrs. Needed someone to start this coming Monday. Will train the right person, but prefer someone experienced in all phases of prep and painting of exterior homes. You don’t have to have any spray experience.
