Adding 1 hard working individual to our siding crew

We are just too busy and I have no choice but to hire another person. I have numerous jobs lined up and my crew and business is running about a smooth as things go. My guys come first and the work comes second, but because of that we work very hard and we do things right. If it is not right we fix it, we are men of our word when we say we are going to do something we do it. Most of our work is in the Avon/Westlake area but we do travel the west side of Cleveland if the job is good. I only take good jobs with good stand up individuals that pay well90% of the work we do is siding, but I will install windows and doorswe do not do roofs, I repeat you will never be asked to do a roof while working for me. There may be times where we have to go on the roof to get our job done but I save the roofing for the roofers. We work very safe, we set pump jacks anywhere that we can and if we have to use ladders we will. If heights are an issue I have harnesses and safety lines that will be set up. Again I am looking for one person to come along that wants to learn and really grow into a great company that can change your life.
