We are seeking an experienced property maintenance technician for a 76 unit apartment building in Cleveland Heights. The position includes work orders involving plumbing, carpentry, electrical, some HVAC, unit turns and other routine building maintenance. You must have good customer service skills and be able to work independently and as a team member when necessary. We can offer an apartment as part of the compensation package or it would be OK to live off-site.
