General office functions including answering phones, filing and copying of office files, assisting with
payroll, accounts payable and receivable functions, general ledger work, contacting vendors and customers,
assisting in setting up new customer accounts, processing material receipts for jobs completed.
Proficient in 10 key and computer skill are a must. Foundations software knowledge is a plus.
Candidate will have good organizational skills and be detail oriented. Position start out at part time with
a strong potential to go to full time.
