Since 1962, family-owned Forge Products Corporation has produced premium open die forgings for industrial customers across America and around the world. Located near major freeways, airports, rail yards and the Port of Cleveland, Ohio, the company employs a talented crew of metalworkers cross-trained and focused on quality with an average tenure of 20 years.
An integral position in the 4-person forging crew in the forging of parts. A Hammerdriver will use the hammer throughout the forging process. He will work with the Blacksmith to ensure a quality end product. Forging is a specialty. We are looking for the driven individual who is eager to learn and become a part of our team.

Punctuality and Attendance is a must.
Apprentice Hammer driver pay scale $18.70 to $19.60 per hour
Hammer driver pay scale 19.47 to $20.40 per hour
There are incentive pay rates on many jobs.
The average piecework pay per hour for 2018 - $27.46 (621.25 hours paid in 2018)
The average piecework pay per hour for 2019 - $28.18 (492.75 hours paid in 2019)
Work hours are Monday - Thursday 7:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
60 day probationary period
You must take and pass a drug test
Medical Mutual Health Insurance = 100% paid by employer for employee. $2,800.00 deductible – FPC pays the first $2,500.00
Life Insurance – 100% paid by the employer, Short- and Long-Term Disability 100% paid by employer
Pension - $5.07 paid into pension for each hour worked
12 paid holidays
