We're looking for a dependable and experienced handyman to assist with various maintenance and repair tasks for our property. The ideal candidate will be a skilled problem-solver with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
General carpentry (e.g., repairing doors, windows, trim).
Patching and painting drywall.
Assembling furniture and installing fixtures.
Performing regular preventative maintenance.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.
Broad knowledge of maintenance and repair processes.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Reliable transportation and your own tools.
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
