Maintenance Worker Needed

Maintenance and General Help needed for miscellaneous upkeep, performing simple general repairs for 7 store locations, Buildings/Apartments in and around the Cleveland area. Locations include (Cleveland, Elyria, Strongsville, Wickliffe, Bedford, Brunswick, and Mentor OH). Light maintenance that would include things like light carpentry, light Electrical, Light Plumbing, Floor Maintenance (VCT), Plastering, Painting, Cleaning, Picking up and Delivering Supplies as needed, Stocking, and whatever other Tasks are needed to maintain Commercial Establishments and Businesses. You must be able to lift 50 pounds. A clean driving record and willingness to travel to store locations (In and around the Cleveland area), must have reliable van/truck and your own tools.
