Maintenance needed including minor electrical (replacing outlets, sockets, smoke and CO2 detectors and light fixtures), minor plumbing including but not limited too fixing toilet seats, lose toilets, loose pipes; replacing locks, doors, door frames, handrails, fixing closet doors, replacing refrigerator and range components and drywall repairs. Everyday will be different fixing a variety of things. Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM Please call Nick @ 330-488-4641.
