Light maintenance needed including minor electrical (replacing outlets, sockets, smoke & CO2 detectors and light fixtures), minor plumbing including but not limited too fixing toilet seats, lose toilets; replacing locks, doors, door frames, handrails, fixing closet doors, replacing refrigerator and range components and drywall repairs. Everyday will be fixing different items and it can be a variety of things. Monday - Friday 8AM - 4 PM. Please call Nick @ 330-488-4641.
