handy man needed

Looking for a dependable and knowledgeable handyman who can do plumbing, electrical and other repairs on rental properties. We are a local family owned company here in Cleveland. We have close to 30 singe family homes. We can start out at $20 per hour plus bonus. Ok with 1099 but want our business to be their priority over other jobs.
