Are you a skilled and dependable worker who enjoys hands-on, interior/outdoor work? Flaxilia Investments LLC is looking for dedicated Interior/Exterior Workers to join our team! If you have experience in concrete, asphalt, roofing, or siding repairs & interior repairs we want you on our crew! We are also looking for full time employees (NOT CONTRACTORS)

What You'll Do:
- Assist in concrete repairs, including crack filling, resurfacing, and leveling concrete blocks.
- Work on asphalt driveways, including repairs, patching, and resurfacing.
- Perform roof repairs, including shingle replacement, patching, and weatherproofing.
- Handle siding repairs, from minor fixes to complete replacements.
- Understand and help resolve point of sale violations and city code violations related to exterior work.
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail on every job.
- Rent ready turn arounds
- CMHA rental property repairs
- Kitchen, bathroom, flooring, paint, drywall & other interior repairs
What We’re Looking For:
- Must have your own vehicle and reliable transportation to job sites.
- Must have your own tools relevant to exterior repairs (concrete, roofing, siding, etc.).
- Reliable, hard-working, and self-motivated individuals.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong focus on quality, safety, and compliance with local regulations.
- Experience in concrete, asphalt, roofing, or siding repairs is a plus, but not required.
- Knowledge of point of sale violations and city building code violations is a plus.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the industry.
