Growing property management company has an immediate opening for an experienced HVAC Technician.
Responsibilities include maintenance, repair, and installation of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Candidates should have strong diagnostic skills, EPA certification, and relevant field experience.
This is a full-time, year-round position.
Monday thru Friday. Some on-call availability may be required.
Must pass a background check.
Salary: $54,000 per year.
