Medical assistant

Immediate position for a family friendly fast paced podiatry practice. 1-2 days a week 7:45am to 5:00pm. Attire: scrubs. Duties include but not limited to : answering phones, check voicemail, scheduling/checking in patients, restocking treatments rooms, entering new patient info into computer/ data entry of insurance payments. We are looking for someone that is reliable, a fast learner, can work independently, has excellent communication skills, a multitasker, honest, someone that does not get easily overwhelmed, likes to work with the public, has patience, punctual, and has the ability to help cover for a day or two while a coworker is ill or on vacation.
