Positions Available:
Line Cooks:
- Responsibilities: Prepare and plate high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensure food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed.
- Requirements: Previous experience preferred, ability to work in a team environment, attention to detail, and a passion for culinary excellence.
Front of House (FOH) Staff:
- Servers:
- Responsibilities: Greet guests, take orders, serve food and beverages, ensure guest satisfaction, handle payments.
- Requirements: Excellent customer service skills, ability to multitask, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Bartenders:
- Responsibilities: Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, interact with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Requirements: Knowledge of mixology, strong communication skills, and adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
- Bussers/Food Runners:
- Responsibilities: Assist servers, clear and reset tables, deliver food to guests, maintain cleanliness of dining areas.
- Requirements: Attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to support the team.
- Hosts:
- Responsibilities: Greet guests, manage reservations and seating arrangements, provide menus, and maintain the flow of the dining room.
- Requirements: Strong organizational skills, friendly and professional demeanor, ability to handle guest inquiries and requests.
