This position acts as the academic disability coordinatorDevises students schedules to prescribe individual trajectory plansEnsures adequate class size (student teacher ratio)Monitor timely all English for Specific Purposes (ESP) submissions to the counselorAssists in the scheduling and accountability of instructorsReviews Outcome Measurement System (OMS) reports, both Center and Student Pay Allotment and Management Information System (SPAMIS) reports for accuracyAssists in the development of Corrective Action Plans as neededMonitor all TABE, General Education Diploma Testing and WIN usageReviews General Education Diploma pre/post test results to determine readinessAssists general Education Diploma instructors in developing remedial instructionAssists in and monitors incentives and merit points and the distribution of awardsOther duties as assigned
