IT- Product Owner: III

Description We are offering a contract for a meticulous IT-Product Owner III (Senior) in the industry. The position is based in Cleveland, Ohio, United States. In this role, you will provide consistent oversight to a scrum team within a given product stack, ensuring a continuous workflow by engaging with product managers to prioritize and sequence the work agile teams undertake. Responsibilities: Ensure a continuous flow of work within and through agile teams, focusing on highest priority tasks, and addressing delivery risks and blockers. Prioritize user story backlog to support the most valuable work first, including defects, tech debt, and new development. Establish story acceptance criteria and confirm that the work meets the definition of done. Engage with internal and external partners to assess the timing for deliverables to be completed. Monitor agile team demand and capacity. Conduct system demonstrations and provide clarification and context to the development team. Represent the customer and business goals while working with technology partners to deliver products. Manage the product lifecycle from requirements gathering through production and release. Deliver upon business scope and requirements defined at the Feature level. Provide transparency to business and technology leadership on project status and product development issues. Manage risks associated with delivering applications and specific application features. Work with Product Leaders and stakeholders to understand long-term roadmaps and OKRs the teams need to achieve. Support weekly and monthly status reporting efforts. Requirements Proficiency in Project Management with a strong ability to oversee and control project timelines and deliverables. Strong presentation skills, able to effectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences. Demonstrated Leadership Skills, with the ability to guide and motivate a team towards achieving common goals. Knowledge and experience in Production, ensuring smooth operation of processes and delivering quality products. Consulting experience, with the ability to provide expert advice in the IT field. Understanding of Credit systems, preferably within a financial services context. Proficiency in Metric Reporting, with the ability to analyze and present data effectively. Exceptional Communication Skills, both written and verbal, for clear and effective interactions with team members and stakeholders. Agile Scrum knowledge, with experience in applying its principles in product development. Ability to manage relationships with Stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Familiarity with Cloud Technologies and their application in product development. Ability to work effectively with Partners, fostering collaborative relationships. Understanding and application of Agile methodologies in product development. Strong Prioritization skills, able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Experience in the Financial Services sector, with an understanding of its unique requirements and challenges. Proficiency in Defect Management, ensuring product quality and functionality. Ability to oversee Deliverable production, ensuring they meet set standards and deadlines. Knowledge of Computer Hardware, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve related issues. Experience in Product Development, with a focus on innovative and user-centric solutions. Understanding of Scrum methodologies and their application in software development. Experience in Software Development, with the ability to oversee the entire development lifecycle. Understanding of Debt systems, preferably within a financial services context. Strong Critical Thinking skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and make informed decisions. Ability to conduct Demos, showcasing product features and benefits to potential users or stakeholders. Experience in Product Management, with a focus on delivering products that meet user needs and business objectives.
