Role: Human Resources (HR) ManagerLocation:
Clearsulting is headquartered in Cleveland, OH, with additional offices located in Chicago, IL; Columbus, OH; and Dallas, TX. Other cities are welcome remotely.
Office Options: Hybrid or Remote. Team members residing within a 45 minute commuting radius of a Clearsulting office, we expect 8 days of in-person work per month, allowing flexibility choosing these days to accommodate client meetings, team syncs and individual schedules.

What You'll Do:
Perform front-line customer service and administrative functions by supporting team member requests and questions or coordinating with HR leadership to resolve inquiries and requests. Topics include but are not limited to: payroll, benefits, onboarding, offboarding, terminations, leaves of absences, team member relations, contractor management, and compliance)
· Update, administer and monitor compliance with HR databases and oversee the hand-off between hiring and onboarding (benefits, background checks, employment agreements, offer letters, annual HR compliance)
Partner with HR leadership on benefits administration, renewals and annual open enrollment
Work with third party administrators to accurately reflect tax deductions, remittances, and upload tax notices to ensure the firm remains compliant in all jurisdictions across the United States and Canada
Manage company annual compliance such as ACA, HIPPA and EEO-1 filings
Identify needs for new processes as the company grows (including in new jurisdictions and countries), and drives new processes through from suggestion to implementation
Grow and develop the HR Coordinator
What You'll Bring:
Bachelors Degree and 7 years of professional work experience
Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products to generate reports for key stakeholders, track various HR metrics, create new process documentation or global policies and provide HR communications to Clearsulting's team members.
Nice-to-Haves:
Possesses a continuous improvement mindset to help drive optimizations and efficiencies in existing processes
Experience in ADP Workforce Now
Experience processing and maintaining payroll in both the United States and Canada
Understands and acknowledges the importance of working with confidential information and sensitive data.
Ability to work cross functionally with other internal teams, such as talent and performance development.
