You will perform moderately complex accounting, financial, and analytical functions. You will also provide customer service to internal and external customers and perform risk testing/COSO testing.General Responsibilities :

Works independently, under minimal guidance to complete core tasks and special projects.

Oversees process and resolution of complex issues related to budget administration and forecast maintenance.

Conversions, Accounting and Billing. Develops recommendations and makes presentations to management and department staff.

Trains others on new procedures/policies.

Provides customer service to internal and external customers.

Acts as backup to other financial analysts/specialists.

Verifies and reviews security access, as applicable.

Manages, coordinates, or conducts activities (as applicable) related to identifying and managing department risks, such as: Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) assessment and compliance activities, COSO testing and documentation, Information Security adherence, and completion of the risk management process.

Compiles and analyzes data; builds financial models that provide accurate and timely information; communicates conclusions.

Demonstrates understanding of core business systems, application and tools; suggests and assists with changes.

Provides moderately complex financial analysis in support of the Bank’s and/or Treasury's operational and strategic goals.

Performs other duties as assigned or requested.

Education and Experience :

Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience, or

Associate's Degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience

Knowledge and Skills :

Intermediate Level Financial regulations, procedures, and practices (e.g, Accounting, FRS cost accounting, FAM, FRAM, CPIC, GAAP)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) and other business-related applications.

Ability to perform independent research

Project management, including organization, planning, and execution

Intermediate Level Analytical Verbal and written communication skills

General Working Conditions and Physical DemandsTraditional office environment: Employees typically sit most of the day, work with a computer and may answer/respond to phone calls.
