Customer Experience Specialist

Description We are currently in search of a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This role is primarily based in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be expected to provide top-quality customer service, maintain accurate records, and handle customer inquiries effectively. This is a contract to permanent employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Ensure prompt, accurate processing of customer credit applications Maintain meticulous records of customer credit Handle customer inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Monitor customer accounts regularly, taking the necessary actions when required Utilize various computer programs to manage customer information effectively Leverage CRM and Epic Software to optimize customer interactions Provide assistance to customers as needed, ensuring their needs are met Handle inbound calls, providing timely and accurate responses Balance billing functions effectively, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Use ADP - Financial Services and Avaya CMS for efficient workflow management. Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is a must. Familiarity with Avaya CMS is required. Ability to use various computer programs effectively. Experience with CRM platforms is necessary. Knowledge of Epic Software is highly preferred. Proficiency in using About Time software is desired. Demonstrated experience in answering inbound calls. Proven ability to assist customers effectively in various scenarios. Knowledge of benefit functions is crucial. Experience in handling billing functions is required.
