Description We are looking for a Collections Specialist based in South San Francisco, California. In this role, you will be responsible for performing business-to-business collections in assigned regions, establishing and maintaining control over cash collection performance and customer service, and improving Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). You will collaborate with sales and operations to resolve issues and meet customer billing requirements.
