They excel at building and maintaining strong relationships and have the discipline to drive improvements and operational efficiencies. Additionally, they will ensure all deliverables, deadlines, and budgets are met in our FTTH/FTTP infrastructure buildout.What You'll Do:As a Broadband Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of the CUA Fiber/Broadband project, including construction, installations, network, DIA, and staffing. You'll collaborate with vendors, manage budgets and forecasts, and drive efforts in sales, customer care, technical support, and network management. Setting market goals and developing plans to achieve them will also be key parts of your role.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field
10+ years of job-related experience, with increasing responsibility in the telecommunications industry.
Successful track record in managing a FTTH/FTTP telecommunications network.
Advanced knowledge of installation, repair, central office, and outside plant functions.
Knowledge of OSP engineering and functions.
Must live in the market area.
