Cleveland Clinic's Medical Specialty Institute has an exciting opportunity for an APRN or PA-C with the Department of Kidney Medicine. This Provider will be responsible for the management of patients with Chronic Kidney Disease, kidney stones and blood pressure disorders. This outpatient position will be based at Family Health Centers in the East Region. The APRN/PA will function independently in outpatient clinics but will collaborate closely with Staff Nephrologists as well as the Multidisciplinary Care Team. . Seeking a candidate that is able to function autonomously, as well as a team player to facilitate the care of a medically complex patient population. The ability to be flexible and multi-task in a very busy practice is necessary. Strong clinical, communication and organizational skills are needed, and a critical care background is preferred.
