A small Public Accounting Firm has an immediate opening for an Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper with accounting background to assist management with our business needs.
Qualified Candidates will possess the following skills:
Must have prior experience working in an CPA, accounting firm.
Team worker with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
An excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized multi-tasker in a fast-paced
professional firm.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Process tax returns for a variety of tax returns
Process for all types of tax returns
Basic office responsibilities: Ordering supplies, Scanning,
Filing, answering telephones, etc.
Answer our phone system in a courteous and professional manner
Assist with all aspects of client relationship.
Assist our billing person with invoicing and receipts
Two years or more in an Accounting Firm
Excellent computer skills
Ability to multi-task with multiple clients and deadlines
