National leading provider of general contracting and project management services for new store build-outs, project rollouts, renovations and retrofits seeking a top-notch superintendent with experience overseeing commercial retail renovation projects
[Duties ]
Lead in the management, coordination, and inspection of contractor work while project is in progress
Compile and deliver daily project reports and procurement logs to the Director of Operations & Project Manager
Supervise the completion of Punch List/Warranty items
[Requirements ]
Prior experience overseeing commercial retail construction projects (big-box store projects preferred)
Working knowledge of all crafts with an ability to read and understand specifications and plans for all trades
Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft programs & Construction Management software
[Details ]
$1,500 - $1,600 a week (based on 40-50 hours of work) | Additional $30 per hour for any hours worked past 50 hours in a single week
Work commences 4/7/24
Retail open store remodel project estimated to last 18 weeks
