Routing-Logistics Planner

Looking for person with expertise in converting data provided by customer into pre-planned routes on a contractural basis. Project could be twice yearly with the possibility of three times annually. Must be well organized, computer literate and LOGISTICALLY specialized. Each project consists of organizing up to 300 locations for delivery and pick up as required by customer.
