Must live on site, 2 Bdr Apt with all utilities provided. Office Manager must be computer literate and have office skills, certified COS and HUD experience a plus. Maintenance member of team must have apt. maintenance skills. Valid Drivers License required for both individuals. We are willing to train both members. TEAMS ONLY!
