Leasing agent/ Assistant manager needed for a multisite eastside apartment portfolio.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Greet prospective residents and handle all aspects of leasing activity. Answering phone and online inquiries, Managing advertising activity, processing applications, executing lease documentation.
Respond to tenant issues and coordinate maintenance repairs with the maintenance staff.
Maintain the office in a professional and organized manner.
Assist property manager in with unit turnover and renovation scheduling.
Qualifications:Professional outgoing individual.Must be organized and detail oriented.
Self starter and be able to work independently.
MS office skills with property management software experience a plus.
An understanding of Fair Housing Laws
Dependable transportation
Minimum of 3 years multifamily industry experience
