We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Manager Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in property management but not required and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our properties.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of properties, including scheduling repairs and coordinating with vendors
Handle tenant relations, including responding to tenant inquiries and addressing concerns or complaints
Collect rent and other fees from tenants, and maintain accurate financial records
Create and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of the properties
Prepare and manage budgets for properties
Communicate with landlords and other stakeholders to ensure that properties are being managed in accordance with their expectations
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to properties, including lease agreements and other legal documents
Stay informed about local laws and regulations related to property management and ensure that properties are in compliance
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize competing demands
Familiarity with local laws and regulations related to property management
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in business or a related field is preferred.
