The basic function of the Billing and Dispatch Agent is to be the first point of contact for all customer calls coming in regarding commercial routine maintenance and emergency needs. The Agent interacts with customers and field technicians to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services. The Agent also reconciles and completes the customer billing process.
