Benchmark Management is currently seeking a Community Manager to join our team at our Affordable family apartment community in Lebanon. The Community Manager will be responsible for all activities to ensure their property is operating in an efficient, cost-effective manner while providing high-quality, well-maintained housing to residents.
Candidates must have 2+ years’ experience with an affordable apartment community. HUD/Section 8 experience required. COS/CPO certification preferred.
