Small self employed landscaping company looking for EXPERIENCED WORKER

My dad and and I have a small landscaping company that he has had for about 40 years. We do everything from cut grass, tree removal, landscaping, and mulch jobs and much more. Some of the duties will be Must be able to mow grass with a zero turn, shoveling/ hauling material( mulch,rock,dirt), run weed eater/blower. Must have landscaping experience. We are super laid back and chill paying $15hr cash and $1 raise every 45 days up to $18. Looking to find someone asap. At the moment pay is cash $15hr under the table, paid every Friday
