Lawn Care Worker

Looking for an employee who has at least some experience using zero turn mowers, and can cut lawns, trim, edge, leaf blow in the fall, and potentially spread gravel, mulch and do small landscaping projects. I will provide all equipment . I would prefer that you use your own truck to pull trailer, but accommodations can be made to use mine if necessary. Looking for someone who can stay with me for about 4 years at-least.You will assume a sort of management position. Equipment maintenance is handled by me, but basic knowledge of the equipment is asked so that you may perform repairs if necessary. Hours range but minimum is 25 week with most weeks being more like 30-40. About 40-60 clients weekly, from March-early December with the very beginning end of the season being a little slow and will likely have lower pay. Cutting these yards takes about 3-4 days from 8:30am to 6pm. Mowing days can be chosen.
