Landscape Team Members + Team Leaders

Green Living by Design is a full service sustainable landscape company. We are seeking motivated individuals to help on our periodic bed maintenance teams and our installation teams. We have openings for crew members, this is good spot for those who are looking to learn skills in the green industry, with potential to move up. We are also seeking team leaders, this is a position for individuals with multiple years of knowledge and experience. Plant knowledge, ability to read designs, experience using equipment such as blowers, string trimmers, pole trimmers, pruners, hand sheers, dingo, compactors, cuts saws, laser levels, and more are helpful, but not required. Applicants must have a willingness to learn the way we do things at Green Living by Design. All applicants must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record to be considered. After 90 days employees are eligible for 8 paid holidays, 10 PTO days, and health insurance. We have team building outings throughout the year, we provide uniforms, and safety gear for all of our employees. We offer continued education, and paid training programs. Pay ranges dependent upon skill level. Pay ranges from $18-$25/hour or $37,440-$52,000 per year or more. If interested contact julia@greenliving-bydesign.com.
