Gilb Landscaping, Inc. is looking for a Landscape Crew Supervisor. We install and maintain landscapes all over the east side of Cincinnati and northern Kentucky. Our scope of work includes landscape installation, retaining walls, natural stone work and landscape bed maintenance. We do not mow lawns or do tree work. We install landscapes year-round, weather permitting. No seasonal layoffs for Supervisors.
Supervisors receive quarterly evaluations that are tied to bonuses. We also offer medical insurance, paid-time off, paid holidays, paid bereavement leave, paid jury duty leave, educational allowances and a company wide profit sharing plan.
All crews are home every night, usually off the clock by 5:00 PM. We do not work on weekends. There will be opportunities for overtime during peak seasons.
Applicants must have a valid drivers license in good standing, and must be able to work full-time. Starting pay will be determined based on experience. In order to be considered for this position, you must have at least two years of experience with a reputable landscape company.
