We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to join our team for the morning shift in the Cincinnati area. This position will play a key role in overseeing and coordinating cleaning operations to ensure a clean and safe environment for our clients and employees.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and direct daily activities of cleaning staff on the morning shift.
Ensure cleaning and maintenance standards are met in all designated areas.
Train and orient new staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work quality and compliance with established standards.
Coordinate with the human resources department for staff scheduling and management.
Handle client requests and resolve any issues or complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
Requirements:
Previous experience in supervising cleaning staff or similar roles.
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate the team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Ability to pass a federal background check.
Availability to work the morning shift and weekends as needed.
