MUST have experience with mowing, trimming, mulching, and fertilizing.
MUST have reliable transportation
MUST be able to pass a federal background check
MUST be able to use a zero-turn lawn mower (HIGHLY PREFERRED)
Responsibilities
Perform lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming
Assist in garden planting, weeding, and maintenance.
Engage in groundskeeping duties to maintain the overall appearance of properties.
Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
Skills
Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Knowledge of landscape design principles and gardening techniques.
Ability to dig, plant, prune, and care for trees and shrubs.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather
