Responsibilities:
Build and install decks, stairs, and railings (wood & composite)
Read and follow plans with accuracy
Ensure safe, code-compliant, and high-quality construction
Work independently or with a small crew
Maintain professionalism on job sites

Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years experience in deck building or framing
Own tools, reliable transportation, and liability insurance
Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

Competitive pay per square foot or per job (negotiable based on experience & quality)
Average subcontractor pay: $12–$20/sq ft for decking labor
