Carpenter & Remodeler

We are in need of 1 person to fill a Carpenter & Remodeler’s Position. Must have at least 5 or more years experience, but more is preferred. You would need to be familiar with general remodeling such as framing, finished carpentry, drywall hanging, tiling, painting, etc. Must have own transportation and hand tools. Must be clean-cut, respectful of customer’s property, and would not use bad language. We do high-end residential remodeling projects and home building. We also do light commercial projects. You would be required to show up on time everyday to work an 8 hour day for 5 days a week Mon - Friday for 40 hours total (no weekends). You would be paid with a company check weekly on Friday at the end of the work day.You would be required to fill out the necessary paperwork so we can 1099 you at the end of the year for you to pay your own taxes as a subcontractor to the IRS.
