Carpenter & Remodeler

We are in need of 1 person to fill a Carpenter & Remodeler’s Position. Must have at least 5 or more years experience, but more is preferred. Needs to be familiar with general remodeling such as framing, finished carpentry, drywall hanging, tiling, painting, etc. Must have own transportation and hand tools. Must be clean-cut, respectful of customer’s property, and does not use bad language. Also, a non-smoker is preferred, but is not a deal breaker. You could be subject to a drug test and background check. We do high-end residential remodeling projects and home building. We also do some commercial projects. You would be required to show up on time everyday to work an 8 hour day for 5 days a week Mon - Friday for 40 hours total (no weekends). You would be paid by with our company check weekly on Friday at the end of the work day. Checks paid would need to be deposited into your bank account. We do not pay in cash. You would be required to fill out the necessary paperwork so we can 1099 you at the end of the year so you can pay your own taxes as a subcontractor to the IRS.
