About Us:
Razzo is a cozy neighborhood spot that has been open for just over a year and has already become a go-to for local regulars and a draw for visitors alike. Known for our intimate, high-energy atmosphere, we are passionate about great food, drink, and providing an elevated yet welcoming dining experience.
Position Overview:
We have shifts available behind the bar as well as on the floor for servers and hosts. Whether you're a skilled bartender, a welcoming host, or an attentive server, we want you to bring your unique strengths to our team. If you're someone who enjoys variety, we are also open to cross-training so you can build new skills and grow with us.
What You'll Do:
-Bartenders: Craft drinks, engage with guests at the bar, and create an inviting atmosphere.
-Servers: Guide guests through their dining experience, recommend menu items, and provide attentive, personalized service.
-Hosts: Greet guests with warmth, manage reservations, and ensure smooth seating.
-Optional Cross-Training: Interested in learning other front-of-house roles? If you are an excellent host who dreams of bartending or a server looking to expand into other areas, this could be the perfect role for you!
About You:
-You thrive in a high-energy environment while delivering friendly, personalized service.
-You're passionate about food and drink and love making guests feel welcome. Wine knowledge/experience is a plus, but willingness to learn is more important.
-You excel in your chosen role, whether it's bartending, serving, or hosting, and are open to learning new skills if desired. -You're a team player who thrives in an environment where everyone supports one another.
-You take pride in connecting with guests, remembering regulars, and creating memorable experiences.
-Whether it's a casual dinner, date night, or business meeting, you can read the situation and adapt to meet the needs of any guest.
