We’re looking for a talented and passionate Culinary Prep and Culinary Lead to assist and maintain kitchen operations to support our team.
Culinary Prep: this role is perfect for someone who loves food, customer interaction, and takes pride in both consistency and quality.
Schedule: Tuesday - Friday | 9:00 AM until cut by Culinary Lead (12:00 PM to 1:00 PM)
Part-Time Hourly: $13
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily prepping and slicing of ingredients, ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Preparing bagel sandwiches and charcuterie boards fresh to order.
- Checking out customers at the register and providing friendly service.
- Helping with cleaning, restocking, and keeping the kitchen area organized.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen in compliance with health codes.
- Help cultivate a positive and team-oriented kitchen culture.
- General open and closing duties, as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with a sense of urgency.

Part-Time Hourly: $15
Key Responsibilities:
- Daily food preparation, ensuring quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Lead culinary prep and team members to meet high standards.
- Oversee inventory, gather information to place orders, and reduce waste.
- Prepping, slicing, along with preparing bagel sandwiches and charcuterie boards fresh to order.
- Checking out customers at the register and providing friendly service.
- Helping with cleaning, restocking, and keeping the kitchen area organized.
- Collaborate with ownership on seasonal menu ideas and specials.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen in compliance with health codes.
- Help cultivate a positive and team-oriented kitchen culture.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1+ years of kitchen leadership or culinary management experience (bagel or bakery experience a plus).
- Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure with a sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills.
