Job DescriptionAn insurance client in Cincinnati is seeking a Business Analyst (on a contract-to-hire model) to join a large multi-year program to work with the Program Manager and IT teams. This role is focused on a program supporting the updates/enhancements of their Microsoft products so M365 experience (at least 2 years) is required. Their responsibilities include:
Create and maintain process flows both business and systems
Have experience documenting functional and non-functional requirements for project teams regardless of project methodology
Have experience documenting data requirements (attributes, mapping)
Have experience documenting test cases and test plans; experience generating RTM (Requirements Traceability Matrix)
Willing to share knowledge and experience with business analysis best practices

5-7+ years of experience as a BA
Experience within a regulated industry (insurance preferred)
Knowledge of Microsoft Products such as but not limited to: M365 Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, app store products policy/controls knowledge
High-level stakeholder collaboration null
