ServiceNow AdministratorJob Number: 345211Category: -Software & Systems SBUDescription: A ServiceNow Administrator job in Cincinnati, OH is currently available through Belcan at one of our aerospace clients. To be considered for this role, you will have 2+ years of Service Now Development experience supporting a large organization. In this role, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and management of a ServiceNow platform by collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of solutions that align with business goals and requirement.Job Duties:
Create forms with UI policies
Develop basic flows, preferable using Flow Designer
Publish developments into testing and production environments.
Troubleshooting issues by reviewing Flow Context, Flow design, logs, and artifacts and applying fixes.
Incident and Request Management - working with RITM and INC
Assist with report configuration, dashboards, and maintenance and performs operational administrative tasks, as needed
Actively collaborates with other teammates to perform code reviews, discuss new developments and projects, and shadow other junior admins/developers as needed
Support the administration for Production and non-prod instances
Document administrative processes and issues resolution
Participate in the daily scrum meeting and other related Agile ceremonies
Required Qualifications:
2 years of relevant IT experience, or similar military experience
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification or equivalent experience.
CompTIA Security+ or higher certification or ability to obtain one
SECRET level or higher DOD security clearance or ability to obtain one
Must be a US citizen
Extremely well-developed organizational, time management, and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail, documentation, communication skills
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Service Portal page and widgets configurations
ACLs - User Criteria for controlling access to records and UI
Admin experience for setting, troubleshooting system properties
HW/SW Asset and CMDB Management
Change, Release Management
Problem Management
Knowledge Management
Business modules, like Portfolio & Project management, Agile, etc.
ServiceNow Development and Administration/Integration
ITIL v3 or ITIL v4
ServiceNow PPM/ITBM/SPM/SPW experience
We provide a competitive pay and benefits package. This position is offering a salary range of $80,000 to 105,000.
