Job Title: SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant with Fiori and S/4 HANA Experience

Location: Cincinnati-OH, Dayton-OH, Washington Court House, OH

Job Type: Contract to Hire

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) Consultant with Fiori and S/4 HANA experience to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining SAP PM module, including integrating with other SAP modules and third-party applications. The candidate will be working closely with clients to understand their business requirements and ensure the delivery of an optimal solution that maximizes the value of their investment in SAP.

Responsibilities:• Analyze and define business requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.• Configure, customize, and enhance SAP PM module using Fiori and S/4 HANA technology.• Conduct system testing, create test scripts, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams and integration partners.• Troubleshoot and resolve SAP PM system issues and coordinate with other teams as appropriate.• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system design, configuration, and installation guides.• Participate in project planning and estimation activities.• Communicate project status and issues to stakeholders, including senior leaders and clients.• Stay current with industry trends, SAP best practices, and advances in technology to ensure innovative solutions.

Requirements:• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.• Minimum of five years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance module implementation and support.• Experience with S/4 HANA and Fiori technology is a must.• Strong knowledge of SAP PM module functionalities, business processes, and integration with other SAP modules.• Experience with SAP ABAP programming language, Object-Oriented Programming, and SAP Workflow is a plus.• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.• Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in presenting to senior leaders and clients.• Ability to work independently or as part of a team with minimal supervision.• Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites.
