Legal Assistant

Description We are in search of a Legal Assistant to join a prominent firm in Cincinnati, Ohio. Responsibilities: Handle correspondence and ensure timely responses to inquiries. Play a key role in trial preparation, including the creation of exhibit binders and scheduling depositions. Maintain and manage client contacts, emails, and print documents, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Process invoices for client disbursements and firm expenses. Record, review, and correct time entries for assigned timekeepers. File court documents as necessary and maintain a comprehensive pleading file index. Coordinate work-related travel arrangements.
